automatedinfrastructure is a small application analytics practice based in Songpa-gu, Seoul. We work with product teams who already ship software and need measurement they can defend in planning meetings.
What we believe about measurement
Analytics should shrink arguments, not multiply charts. We favor short tracking plans, named metric owners, and reports that end with a next action. If a dashboard cannot support a decision this month, it waits.
Our clients are usually mid-stage product companies and growth-minded startups. They hire us for scoped engagements—audits, reviews, workshops, retainers—rather than open-ended staff augmentation.
