How an analytics project moves from question to handoff
We designed this sequence for product and engineering teams who need answers inside a sprint cycle—not a six-month transformation program.
Discover the decision
We start with the decision you need to make—pricing test, onboarding rewrite, retention bet—not with a tool inventory. A short call clarifies stakeholders, available data access, and what “done” looks like for this engagement.
Map what the app already emits
We inventory events, properties, and known gaps against the journeys that matter. You receive a living tracking map before we touch dashboards or write recommendations.
Analyze with constraints named
Funnels, cohorts, and KPI drafts are produced with sample-size caveats written in plain language. We separate what the data shows from what it only suggests.
Hand off with owners
Every engagement ends in a working session: backlog items assigned, definitions agreed, and next measurement checks scheduled. Documents support the session—they do not replace it.
Who this process fits
Product squads with an existing analytics stack (or a partially implemented one), a clear product question, and someone who can grant read access to event data. We work remotely across Korea and meet on-site in Songpa-gu when the team prefers a room over a call.
If you are still choosing tools, we can advise—but our core work is making application analytics usable for decisions, not selecting software catalogs.
