Terms of use

These terms govern access to automatedinfrastructure.digital (the “Site”) and professional services offered by automatedinfrastructure (“we”, “us”) for application analytics consulting. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide informational content and consulting engagements related to application analytics, including instrumentation audits, funnel reviews, KPI framework design, retention analysis, workshops, and office hours. Pricing shown on the Site is informational. A separate statement of work or written confirmation defines scope, fees, and timeline for each engagement.

No payment processing on this Site

The Site does not process payments or complete checkout. Invoices and payment instructions are arranged offline after scope agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content through forms, or scrape the Site in a way that impairs its operation. We may suspend access when we reasonably believe these terms are violated.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we create remain our property unless a statement of work assigns deliverables to you. Upon full payment for an engagement, you receive a license to use deliverables for your internal business purposes as described in that agreement.

Client responsibilities

Timely access to analytics accounts, product stakeholders, and accurate context is required for us to perform. Delays in access may extend timelines without changing the underlying fee unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Disclaimer

Analytics findings depend on the quality and completeness of available data. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue lifts, or ranking improvements. Recommendations are professional opinions based on information available at the time of the engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, our total liability arising from Site use or a given engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
