Information we collect

How we use information

Legal bases

Where applicable under Korean privacy law, we process information based on your consent (cookies and optional marketing), contractual necessity (service delivery), and legitimate interests in operating a professional practice and securing the Site.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with infrastructure providers that host email or the Site, professional advisors, or authorities when required by law. Processors are instructed to use data only for agreed purposes.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Engagement records are retained as required for tax and contract purposes, typically up to five years after project close unless a longer period is required by law.

International transfers

Some email or hosting providers may process data outside Korea. Where transfers occur, we use appropriate safeguards available from those providers.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information we hold, subject to legal limits. Contact hello@automatedinfrastructure.digital. Cookie preferences can be changed by clearing site storage and revisiting the banner; see our cookie policy.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a small consultancy. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.

Updates

We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes notice of the revised policy for Site visitors.
